Purchase, event and participation terms
These terms apply to digital challenges, event tickets, and related services offered by Movement Culture by Laura Lezcano. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and the policies displayed for the specific challenge or event.
Digital challenges
A one-time challenge purchase gives the purchasing member personal, non-transferable access to its published lessons through that member's account. Access remains available after enrollment closes unless the purchase is refunded, access is revoked for misuse, or the service must be changed for legal, security, or technical reasons.
Challenge videos may not be copied, recorded, downloaded, redistributed, shared, resold, or made available using another person's account or access token.
Event admission and participation
Each ticket is issued to one named attendee, is valid for the stated event and admission tier, and may be checked in once. Private ticket links and QR codes must not be shared. Transfers require prior written approval from Movement Culture.
The attendee must accept the event participation waiver shown before payment. By participating, the attendee confirms that they will follow instructor and venue directions, use appropriate judgment, and stop if they feel pain, dizziness, illness, or unsafe discomfort.
Prices, currency and taxes
Prices and checkout totals are displayed in the currency shown at purchase. The total presented by this checkout is the amount charged by Movement Culture, and this application does not add a separate tax line. A card issuer or payment provider may apply separate currency-conversion or transaction fees.
Cancellations and refunds
Event-specific cancellation or refund conditions displayed before purchase form part of these terms. Unless those conditions or applicable law provide otherwise, completed purchases are final. If Movement Culture cancels an event without providing a replacement date or equivalent service, the amount paid for that event will be returned to the original payment method.
When an event is rescheduled or materially changed, affected purchasers will be told what transfer, credit, or refund options apply. Bank processing times are outside Movement Culture's control after a refund is submitted.
Health and safety
Movement instruction is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for them and for seeking advice from a qualified health professional when needed. Contact the support address below before an event to discuss accessibility or reasonable accommodation requests.
